About Dave Hammond

Dave has been practicing law for more than 25 years. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Michigan University in 1993, and a Juris Doctor from The University of Detroit Mercy in 1997. He specializes in Personal Injury, Estate Planning, Divorce, Criminal Law, Real Estate, Business Law, Worker’s Compensation, Social Security, and Bankruptcy. Dave is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Livingston County Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in all courts in Michigan, both state and federal.

Our main office is located in downtown Howell, Livingston County, Michigan, in an historic building, just a short trip to all Livingston County courts. We have been established in Howell since 1999. Dave Hammond and his staff live and work in Livingston County, Michigan. We also have an office in Oakland County, Michigan, which allows our offices to serve clients in Livingston, Oakland, Genessee, Shiawassee, Ingham, Washtenaw, and Wayne Counties. We utilize the latest legal technology to provide clients with all the services that they may need.
